Serves 4 – 6


2 x baby cos lettuce
250g pancetta
2 x hard boiled eggs (peeled)
100g sliced or finely grated Parmesan
50g Salad Toppers Caesar Bits
Aioli Dressing


  1. Peel 2 x hard boiled eggs and slice into quarters
  2. Bake finely sliced pancetta, in a moderate oven, until slightly crisp.
  3. Chop up lettuce and decorate with eggs and bacon and parmesan shards.
  4. Sprinkle over crunchy Salad Toppers Caesar Bits, serve with a drizzle of Aioli & enjoy.
