Serves 4 – 6
4 x white fish fillets
45g Salad Toppers Crispy Onions
1 x handful fresh Coriander
1 x handful fresh Mint
1 x handful fresh Thai basil
1 x large iceberg lettuce (broken into small pieces)
half a purple cabbage (grated)
75ml Sweet chilli sauce
30ml Fresh Soy sauce
- Mix together coriander, mint, Thai basil, lettuce and cabbage. Arrange over flat platter.
- Pan fry white fish fillets, until they are lightly golden. Break into bite sizes and sprinkle over fresh salad bed.
- Top with Salad Toppers Crispy Onions and drizzle with combined sweet chilli & soy dressing.
