Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients:

4 x white fish fillets
45g Salad Toppers Crispy Onions
1 x handful fresh Coriander
1 x handful fresh Mint
1 x handful fresh Thai basil
1 x large iceberg lettuce (broken into small pieces)
half a purple cabbage (grated)

Dressing:

75ml Sweet chilli sauce
30ml Fresh Soy sauce

Method:

  1. Mix together coriander, mint, Thai basil, lettuce and cabbage. Arrange over flat platter.
  2. Pan fry white fish fillets, until they are lightly golden. Break into bite sizes and sprinkle over fresh salad bed.
  3. Top with Salad Toppers Crispy Onions and drizzle with combined sweet chilli & soy dressing.
