Seaweed and Soy


Serves 4 – 6


3 x iceberg lettuce leaves, washed, dried and gently broken into small pieces
3 x Lebanese Cucumbers, sliced
8 x cherry tomatoes, halved
1 x cup fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 red onion, finely sliced
1 x carrot, julienned
80g Seaweed & Soy Salad Seeds


Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
A sprinkling of dried chilli (about 1/4 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons of honey
1 garlic clove, crushed


  1. Place all prepared salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix
  2. Mix together all dressing ingredients and shake well
  3. Sprinkles Seaweed & Soy Salad Seeds over salad
  4. Drizzle dressing over the entire dish
  5. Serve and enjoy
