Serves 6 – 8


3 x Roasted Chicken breasts (skinned)
2 x cos lettuce (broken into pieces)
1 x red onion, finely sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, halved.
250g penne pasta cooked
Aioli dressing
60g Salad Toppers Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Croutons


  1. Layer lettuce along base of serving dish
  2. Mix together cooked pasta, shredded chicken breasts and red onion.
  3. Toss in 75ml of Aioli dressing.
  4. Place in serving platter (on top of lettuce).
  5. Decorate with cut cherry tomatoes
  6. Sprinkle with Salad Toppers Sundried Tomato Croutons
  7. Serve and enjoy
