Serves 6 – 8
3 x Roasted Chicken breasts (skinned)
2 x cos lettuce (broken into pieces)
1 x red onion, finely sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, halved.
250g penne pasta cooked
60g Salad Toppers Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Croutons
- Layer lettuce along base of serving dish
- Mix together cooked pasta, shredded chicken breasts and red onion.
- Toss in 75ml of Aioli dressing.
- Place in serving platter (on top of lettuce).
- Decorate with cut cherry tomatoes
- Sprinkle with Salad Toppers Sundried Tomato Croutons
